Liverpool launches new Home kit for next season

Liverpool Football Club has released its latest home shirts for the upcoming 2023/24 season. The design of the new kit pays tribute to Bill Shankly, who was the team's manager 50 years ago in his final season in charge.

The current Liverpool squad will wear the new kit for the first time during their last home game of the current season, which is against Aston Villa.

Nike, the manufacturer of the kit, has ensured that it aligns with Liverpool FC's The Red Way sustainability program. The kit has been made with 100% recycled polyester fabric, which is derived from recycled plastic bottles. This feature makes the new kit eco-friendly, which is a positive step towards sustainability.

  Liverpool describe it as:

"An iconic kit reimagined, it’s a classic design in bright Liverpool red with white contrast collar and cuffs inspired by Shankly’s 1973-74 squad of FA Cup winners."
